Ing. Petr Novak

Petr has over 20 years of experience in private equity, asset management, and capital markets. He began his career as an equity analyst at ATLANTIK FT and later joined Generali PPF Asset Management, focusing on asset valuation and financial modeling. As an investment manager at KKCG, he was involved in a number of international transactions across the lottery, energy, and travel sectors. He then continued at RSBC Group, where he led acquisitions and divestments in both industrial and real estate segments. At the Fund, he is responsible for the fund’s investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio development, with a focus on long-term stability, returns, and regional diversification.
